I have created this lesson to teach you how to incorporate breathing with proper posture while strengthening your back muscles. This is a detailed lesson on how to strengthen your entire Core, piece by piece. Please note that there is NO such thing as a Core exercise. You must be able to contract your Core first, then move your body. It's not what you do; it's how you do it. Most people think they are strengthening their back, but only using part of the stomach muscle, in the front of the body, known as the 6-pack. This misses the 2 vital muscle groups closest to the spine, your lower back AND your upper back. Tripod-ing my Core is my passion as a Whole Body Practitioner. I have created a whole body technique, the method to my madness, my solution, and the absolute!
I explain the Tripod for proper position of the foot, like the Tripod of a camera. Most of the time, we isolate our muscles just because we've never had a lesson on how to use them (contract actively).
