Tripod-ing my Core is my passion as a Whole Body Practitioner. I have created a Whole-Body technique, the method to my madness, my solution, and the absolute!
I explain the Tripod for proper position of the foot, like the Tripod of a camera. Most of the time, we isolate our muscles just because we've never had a lesson on how to use them (contract actively).
In the past, I had 2 lessons; one for the feet and one for the Core. Though, I can't with-hold vital information.
I must teach it all together, just like Whole-Body means.
