Legs in springs to walk, run, squat, circle the legs and work from the hips to the heels.
This room is on the second floor. There are 13 stairs with a rail on the bottom portion of stairs, and a wall on the otherside.
Pictured is my Gratz Cadillac. Pictured is the slide show above: my Gratz Wunda Chair; Spine Corrector, Foot Corrector; Balance Beam; & Swiss Balls. I can use all of it, some of it, or none. It just depends on what you need or want. You may be greeted by our super cute & friendly dog Rusty, a 25lb male Boston Terrier; he will want to say "hi, hi, hi, hi, hi, hi, hi, hi, hi, hi!!!"

*Along with highlighting Core, while doing Pilates; Scoliosis or Corrective Exercise, stretching your body is involved. However, if you have taken the initial (Tripod), Core lesson, your next lesson would be based on YOUR needs. Most people don't need an hour of stretching, though I can take you through an entire full body stretch and teach you how to stretch your body safely without any equipment or props. I have lessons with the Magic Circle (15" Fit); Squishy small ball; Swiss Balls; basic bench; or whatever you may need. Please just ask if it's not listed. I can teach you how to use your Core 100% with anything you do, in person or on-line.

From my camera to yours. All you will need is technology with a camera; a chair and enough space around you to stand and spread your arms. Though this can be done from your phone, however a larger screen is recommended. Get ready to learn all the steps it takes to use your Core 100% and practice it in this lesson.

I was recently told by a friend, that he would NEVER take my course because he would be embarassed. I was shocked and sad. Is that how all my past friends, people I once knew feel? I hope not, because the only way I can do any business, is if the people I once knew, took my course. I can't get to people I don't know. I guess this is why I'm not very busy. I want to be able to teach my "old homie's", friends, acquaintances, family and the rest of the world something very important about your body that not many people know, you'll even want to tell others; and we get to reconnect! With out you, there is no one 😞 for me to be able to teach. BTW~ I am patiently waiting on all of you that said you would sign up,...what are YOU waiting for???

Learn how to properly cue your students about the true Core of the body with each breath and movement. This "whole body" lesson will empower you, so you can enlighten your students.
School is where fundamentals begin. Let me teach your kids and young adults how to be stronger so they can play to the best of their ability.
